When you choose to preserve your flowers, you are not simply selecting a product – you’re trusting an artist. I invite you to entrust your special arrangement with me because I have fine-tuned the preservation process to render the most beautiful outcome for my clients.

I treat the flowers with great care during each step because I understand how special your flowers are to you; after teaching myself to preserve my own wedding bouquet in 2021, I started Trykket Flowers in order to share the unmatched beauty of pressed flowers with you. I diligently care for your blooms and work slowly and with intention to create a high-end product that you will cherish for years to come.

WHY PRESSED FLOWERS?

I believe that flowers are some of the most beautiful gifts that nature gives us, and to me, traditional, pressed flower preservation is the best way to honor their natural and organic form.

Pressed flower arrangements are also more sustainable than other options available on the market. Your final arrangement consists of a reusable wooden frame, biodegradable paper, glue, and flowers; no harsh chemicals are used when pressing your flowers. Unlike preservation with resin, for instance, preserving flowers in this way maintains the blooms’ intricate detail without harming the environment.

Starting in 2024, my frames will be locally made and will include Conservation Clear glass. The high-end construction combined with the art of pressed flowers will bring warmth and elegance to your home.

All arrangements are glued to white watercolor paper, to highlight the colors and textures of your flowers.

Finishing Options

Each frame is handcrafted out of hardwood. I finish the frame with your selected paint or stain and custom fit your arrangement inside the frame.

Your frame color options are:

White
Black
Natural Wood

Conservation Clear

All handcrafted frames include Conservation Clear glass. Different from traditional glass, Conservation Clear glass provides 99% UV ray blocking. This will reduce the natural fading of your flowers caused by sunlight.

Museum

For a near-invisible glass appearance, you may upgrade to Museum glass for an additional fee, based on your frame size. It offers the same UV blocking benefits at the Conservation Clear glass, along with an anti-reflective finish.

Garden

The traditional arrangement style. Flowers will be a clustered together and overlapping, filling up majority of the frame.

Whimsy

The whimsy style is more irregular and dynamic. You will see some asymmetry and negative space. If you have a specific idea in mind, let me know and I will work to bring your vision to life.

Reverie

This modern, scattered arrangement style gives the appearance of your leaves and petals being tossed into a perfect arrangment, with little to no overlapping.
